Tiemo Kracht is the founder and owner of Board Connect GmbH and has been a leading figure in executive search in Germany for almost 25 years. Through close connections with entrepreneurial families and owners, supervisory, administrative and advisory boards, board members and top executives, Dr Kracht plays a decisive role in executive placement, and has achieved renown in the execution of insightful executive audits. Dr Kracht has been responsible for the professional management of more than 1,000 placement processes at executive and board level across all sectors.

Dr. Olaf Scheer
Dr. Olaf Scheer is a Senior Partner at Board Connect GmbH in Munich and is one of the most established and respected top management consultants in the Federal Republic of Germany. He has been an established and respected management consultant for many years, most recently for almost 20 years as member of the management board and senior partner the management consultancy zeb (Münster), previously as a top manager in the banking industry.
